This home is just a short distance to Steps Beach, Something Natural bakery, the Lily Pond and Town. There is a bluestone patio in the backyard including a gas fire pit offering a perfect spot to enjoy the summer weather.
First Floor
Enter into the living room with a TV and sectional sofa. Straight ahead is the open kitchen and dining area with seating for six. Off the living room is a tiled shower bathroom with the stackable washer and dryer. Down the hall are two bedrooms; the primary has a king bed and ensuite shower bathroom (brand new for the 2026 season) and across the hallway is a bedroom with a set of bunk beds.
Outdoor Area
On the back patio is a fire table and seating for enjoying summer evenings.
