The kitchen is open to the living room and has a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf four-burner gas range, stone countertops, and island seating for two. The dining area has a large oval table with seating for six and the living room has a sectional, gas fireplace and a door out to the back patio.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs is a second living room with comfortable seating and flat-screen television. The guest bedroom has two full beds, a view of the duck pond, and uses a hall bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed, French doors out to a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity.
