The home is a spacious four bedroom home with a well equipped kitchen, and a wonderful second floor den/TV room. The outdoor space accomodates dining and lounging.
First Floor
Enter into the front foyer, to the left is a half bathroom and to the right is a bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. The foyer opens to a large open living/dining area. The dining area is to the right and has seating for eight. The living room has two seating areas, one around a fire the fireplace and the other area has a large flat screen television. French doors lead out to the back deck where you will find a table and chairs and a gas grill. Beyond the dining area is a large kitchen with a six burner Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, center island with seating for four and a wet bar with a sink and wine cooler. French doors lead to the back deck.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs to the left is a king bedroom with a walk in closet and an ensuite shower bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and uses a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The primary suite has a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a private balcony and an ensuite shower bathroom with a marble countertop and double sinks. At the end of the hall is a large den with a large flat screen television, a pull-out queen sofa bed and an ensuite shower bathroom.
