This Madaket property offers ample open living space and ample room for a group to enjoy entertaining. The pool area offers a secluded option for relaxing in the sun and second floor decks provide views of Madaket harbor, which are perfect for soaking in sunset. Enjoy easy access to the bike path and Millie's or hop the shuttle in for a quick ride to Nantucket town.
First Floor
Enter into an entry way on with three first floor bedrooms. There are two ensuite king bedrooms each with a door offering access to a deck and pool area. The third king room has access to a full bathroom across the hall. Each of the bathrooms include tile rain showers and modern fixtures.
Second Floor
The main living space offers an open concept, modern design with many windows and cathedral type wood paneled ceiling. There are two comfortable living areas, one centered on a TV and fireplace and the other is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen provides a long dine-in lower, kitchen island with seating for 8. The white marble and brass features are illuminated throughout with a soft glow of inset lighting. The windows surrounding the floor have views of madaket harbor with french sliding doors to an upper deck area.
Lower Level
The lower level offers additional media and game space open to two bunks, both with queen beds on the bottom and singles on top.
Cottage
There is a pool house that provides a large open area for entertaining as well as a half bath that leads to an outdoor shower. The lower level of the pool house offers an open area with King bed, shower bath, and stack washer/dryer. There is a walk-out access directly to the exterior. The separate guest cottage includes a first floor King bedroom with ensuite bath (shower), smaller living space and separate laundry room as well as an additional half bathroom that leads to an outdoor shower. Upstairs is an open concept kitchen and living space as well. The lower level of the cottage has two more bedrooms, a King and Twins, as well as a shower bath and direct access to the exterior.
