Let Us Help You Reimagine Your Piece of Nantucket
10/18/2024
When you choose to sell your home with us, our team develops a tailored marketing strategy designed to meet your unique needs and attract a wide range of buyers. One of our innovative tools is virtual staging, which helps clients reimagine their interior spaces.
Our latest project features the remodeling of the living, dining, and kitchen areas of 7 Pleasant Street, a beautiful Federal-style home built in 1822 and formerly owned by a Nantucket merchant family. The main house offers generous space, skillfully blending modern open living at the back with views of the gardens while preserving its elegant original details.
To create a more open-concept living area, we virtually removed the brick wall in the kitchen, resulting in a cohesive space enhanced with coastal contemporary decor.
We also refreshed the kitchen by removing the fireplace and sitting area, updating the appliances, and modernizing the decor—all while maintaining the original measurements.
By taking down the dining room wall, we achieved a seamless flow from the kitchen to the dining area.
The sunroom was brightened and modernized to align with the aesthetic of the open-concept living area.
With beautiful terraces, gardens, a spa, a fully-equipped guest house, and a two-car garage, this wonderful property is not to be missed. The historic home was built by island builder and craftsman John Coleman, who also built 72 Main Street. Exclusively offered at $13,750,000.
