Across the hall are the two guest bedrooms, both with king beds and TV's. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs and to the left is the front-to-back living room, with a frame TV, bar and powder room. Beyond is the kitchen outfitted with Smeg appliances, Le Cruset and All Clad cookware and a propane cooktop. Sliders lead to a deck outfitted with a dining table and grill, with views of the pool and distant ocean views beyond. Back inside is seating at the breakfast peninsula and additional seating at the formal dining table.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of this home is what summer is all about! Multiple decks are well suited for dining or lounging, and taking in the distant ocean views. Down below is the large patio, furnished with sofas and chaise lounges, and plenty of umbrellas. The swimming pool is a perfect way to start, or end the day.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
